SMS Text Message Program & Opt-In

How IntelUpsell customers subscribe to, and unsubscribe from, text-message alerts.

IntelUpsell LLC offers an optional SMS (text message) alert program to authorized users of the IntelUpsell application. Messages are automated store-performance and account alerts. Users subscribe themselves inside the application, and a mobile number must be verified before text messages can be enabled — this page documents that opt-in flow.

How users opt in

Opt-in is performed by the user inside the authenticated IntelUpsell application — text messages cannot be enabled for a phone number until that number has been verified. The steps are:

Sign in to the IntelUpsell dashboard at app.intelupsell.com.
Open account/user settings and find the Contact & verification section.
Enter a mobile number and click Send verification code.
Enter the verification code received by text to confirm ownership of the number (this verifies the mobile number).
Under "Choose how you want to be notified," select Text message (SMS) or Email & SMS. This option can only be enabled after the mobile number is verified.
Save changes. The user is now subscribed and will begin receiving alert text messages.

In-app opt-in: a mobile number is entered and verified, then the user explicitly selects the "Text message (SMS)" notification channel. SMS cannot be enabled until the number is verified.

How to opt out or get help

Opt out (STOP): Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from text messages at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts.
In the app: You can also change your notification channel back to None or Email in the same Contact & verification settings.

Privacy

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
